Replacing text

Ok here is what I am trying to do, it may seem pointless and stupid but I just need an example. I have the area where the user should enter text, I am trying to make it so if the user enters the words "Whoosh I like Pie" it would change " Whoosh" to "Ploink" and all other words to "Fizz". If you can help that is great, if you can't thats ok too 🙂

Break the sentence into an array by using explode()

Loop through the array.

In each loop of the array, replace the array value with Fizz UNLESS the array value is Whoosh, in which case replace it with Ploink.

Ah, I get what you a re saying, I could do it with great ease in java or C++ but I don't really know how to replace text in PHP :rolleyes:
