I am currently making (or trying) to make an e-mail feedback form that allows a viewer to send me .zip files the code I got can be seen here

and when you press send it sends back a *.ATT file now im thinking this is because of this line

but I am not 100% sure because this is my 1st PHP script that I have followed from a book and want it to work for my site PLEASE help!
