MAPI/CDO per PHP on Linux?

I am running apache on Suse Linux 8.1 and want to access to ms exchange 5.5 to get bookings of rooms and offer these infos on a php-site.

Up to now we had an IIS and access to ms exchange was no problem with MAPI-Sessions and CDO. And there is a possibility to do MAPI-Sessions with PHP, but PHP with MAPI-Sessions on Linux, how does that work?

Or do you know any other way to get infos of exchange besides MAPI/CDO?
