Text Structure In PHP form

Hi,

I created a form to gather information. But once the info is passed on to an e-mail the structure of the submitted text changes.

For example, If I were to put the following part number in the P/N field:

24" x 3" x 24" Box,

The out put would be:

24\" x 3\" x 24\" Box, Adding the \
Also If I were to put in a part number with a \, the output will be \ (2 slashes). Addidn a "\" to the P/N:

Can someone please provide a solution to this problem. 😕
