System IP not Client Server IP

Does anyone know how to get a Clients SYSTEM IP Address?
Since $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] only gives the Clients Server IP (ISP designated Server IP)?

Like the IP behind an NAT firewall? Usually it can't be done.

here is what i mean: on my computer it say:

Client IP: 87.56.738.37
Server IP: 127.356.25.73

when you run $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] it gives the Server IP... which is what i dont want...

or is there a way to get a machine number that is always the same no matter what? that is completely Unique, like a computer model and ID number?

If HTTP_SERVER_VARS["REMOTE_ADDR"] is listing your server's IP then you've got a strange setup compared to mine. On my box, the setting for REMOTE_ADDR is the machine on the other end of the server (i.e. the remote IP of the client.)

Are both the server and browser running on the same machine when you're testing this? In that case, they will be the same, but when joe user connects, you'll get their IP for REMOTE_ADDR

I Run a 56K on an ISP, this means that when i connect what happens is:

Signal sent to ISP-->Signal Confirmed at ISP-->Signal Reaches Other Server

But when they want to send me stuff, or look at my website using my server IP it jsut wont work since:

User Sends Request-->Request Gets Identified and BLOCKED by ISP-->ISP Teels User to go away...

that why they keep getting my server addr... because everything they want me to see(pages etc) gets sent thru my ISP first... and gets my Temp IP Addr...

All thats happening when i connect and use the internet is my ISP download all the information etc and sends it to me in a stream (since im on 56K it makes it a lot faster)and i send info to the ISP and sends it to the other server...

Also as i said before is there a way for me to get a completely unique number or serial from a remote computer that they CANNOT change. like a bios serial or something... because i could change my IP address by reconnecting... and its so ez to unban myself from anything i might get banned from, its stupid really...

the problem is you're behind a firewall and proxy server. Read your service agreement I bet you're not allowed to host servers which would mean that your ISP is free to block incoming port 80 requests.
