Uploading a database from my computer to the Net

Hi,
I'm having a hard time finding some clear cut instructions on how to transfer data from a MySqL database on my computer at home, to a MySQL database that is currently sitting empty on my website.

I realise that similar questions to this have came up before, but in my case my web hosting folks will only let me have one MySQL database on my website. So, rather than uploading an entire database, I'm hoping to merely upload (or transfer) 3 or 4 MySQL tables that are stored on my home computer.

Thanks in anticipation of your help.

PS- I think the MySQL manual is a little bit weak on this subject.

PPS- I'm using Windows XP.

Try mysqldump - http://www.mysql.com/documentation/mysql/bychapter/manual_MySQL_Database_Administration.html#mysqldump

It's not the only method possible, but works well for my small tables.
