I've searched through the forum and searched through Google and I can't find answers to this one. I have a site that has a "Send to a friend" function. You can test it for yourself at http://www.attitudelikewings.com. Click on the piece of poetry (right on the front page) and look for the "send to friend" link.
Problem is, some people get the e-mail, some people do not. I can't figure out why. My personal e-mail address get's it, my work e-mail address does not. Does it work for you? What might the problem be?
My code is below:
if ($friendsemail) {
mail("$friendsemail", "$yourname would like you to see this poem", "$yourname has invited you to read the below poem:
\nhttp://www.attitudelikewings.com/index.php?
poem=$poem\n\nYour friend left the following comments:\n$comments","From: 'Attitude Like Wings'
<comments@attitudelikewings.com>\r\nReply-to: <comments@attitudelikewings.com>\r\nReturn-path: <comments@attitudelikewings.com>");
}
I've tried many different header combinations and none of them seemed to work. comments@attitudelikewings.com is a real valid POP e-mail address.
