unable to update db

Hi all;

I've been experiencing some weird problems with one of my tables lately, I did post a thred which didn't get any replies My old thread......

and now I believe my NEW problem is still related to the old one.
:eek: 😕 :eek: 😕

Basically now, I can not insert into my table through the backend application I wrote.

It's been working fine for over a year now, the code works fine on my testing environment.
After submitting the form, I even output all the variables and their contents, they look fine.
However it's the update query which doesn't work!
As I said the same thing works just fine on my testing PC.

ANY ideas are greatly appreciated, as I've been banging my head against the wall for a week now.......

Maybe one of your tables's structure has been altered

If you've recently changed you're environment - why not check to see if the rights on the server or db itself have not been altered. This would explain not being able to update (write) to the database -

Thanx adi, but the structure is fine AND the vars are consistent with DB.

Hi all:

This has got to be a weird problem!!

The application sometimes inserts/updates the db and sometimes don't!
I haven't changed anything in the code, it's been working fine....😕 😕 😕

ANY ideas??
