problem checking data

Hi,

I know this is a php forum but i just need someone to look at my javascript code cause its really pissing me off. It works perfectly in Netscape but doesnt work at all in internet explorer! here's the page so you can go take a look at it

its the page where you enter in all your information. not the first one but the second! its suppose to verify first name, last name, city, state, email, and phone. thanks!
