help with preview

i want the code for the preview, i now how to display the the information in a page before entering them in a database, but i don't know how to display the page that the user entered the information on and the above it the preview result

have it submit to itself

and If the page was submitted then display the code above the form and re-fill in the form attrivbutes as well
