How to make a sound?????

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know how to make a windows sound (like 'beep' sound ') using php.
what I mean is I have a chat program, so every time when a client was connected, I want to give a beep sound to the other person saying 'You have a new visitor'.

is it possible to alert a sound using php.?????? 😕
