There is no function for this in PHP. You'll have to write something yourself. The problem is, how does PHP know what year you mean? Do you mean the current year?
If you do mean the current year, and x = day number, then simply find the date that corresponds to x-1 days after Jan 1.
If you are looking for the date of this week, what day do you mean? Sunday? There are ways to do this, but it really depends on what you mean by the date corresponding to a week number.
The quick answer to your question is... no, there is no PHP function for what you want to do. But there are PHP functions that will simplify what you want to do fairly easily.
