So when's the next competition coming up? As I remember, goldbug was supposed to come up with it glares at goldbug

I figure, I finally got a little time, I may join this one. Just, if anything, to get Buzz and goldbug to rag me about my non-XHTML compatablity and my oh-such-a-no-no of using tables instead of CSS for alignment 😃

Okay you poopheads, you're gonna have to hold on a bit. goldbug is very busy lately. If you have a suggestion for the contest, please PM the goldbug. The goldbug will use any suggestions that are reasonably good (or those he deems as such), because the goldbug is so mentally fried lately, he can't think straight. goldbug apologizes for the delay.

I've got an idea...a number translator. You type in upto a four digit number, such as 9745 and it translates it into words, like this: nine-thousand seven hundred forty-five.

It should also be able to accept decimal numbers, like this 8.874, and return the words as: eight point eight seven four.

I should also be able to accept larger numbers, such as 9E-3 which should come out as: nine times ten to the power of negative three.

This is a really simple contest...but in the end goldbug, it's your decision...just throwing 'round ideas here 🙂

I was wondering if there is going to be another one of these soon, I'm interested in participating in one 🙂 It seems as though the person that it's currently in the hands of, is a bit busy, so maybe someone else should present a new competition instead. 🙂
