I need to edit a file where I know the first line and then the next 5 lines and the blank line above.
Any ideas?
Here is an example:
info-test
finished at 8:30pm
New info FRENCH
Sept-08
CDT
blah.lastname
info-testing
finished at 9:20am
I would need to remove the line: New info FRENCH, where FRENCH is a unique name, the next 5 lines, then the blank line above New info FRENCH. The stanza may or may not be at the bottom of the file.
