Hey folks I need to figure out how to use two or more variables passed through the URL to determine which subsection the page should go to inside of a section.
Say my linking is as follows:
Media Section
---->main.php?s=media&format=audio
---->main.php?s=media&format=video
---->main.php?s=media&format=images
and say my main page will go to the most general of those, the media, so the link would be main.php?s=media and in that page there are the three links above to go to the appropriate area.
Right now I have switch/case loop in main.php to determine which general section to go to.
I guess what I'm asking is,
if, inside the general media page, I make a switch/case loop to determine which subsection to go to, will it work?
Lemme try and lay it out:
main.php
(contains switch/case to look for s=media in URL)
main.php?s=media
(includes the general media page, when, as default, links to
all 3 formats)
main.php?s=media&format=audio
(previous switch/case loop finds the audio var in URL and includes the page for audio downloads)
