Help: Which PHP forum script is this?

Hello.

I have wanted to put a forum on my web site for some time, but I'm a bit picky about what it looks like.

I have finally identified some examples of a forum of the style that I would like my site to have. I'm pretty sure that both forums use the same (presumeably available) software. The design uses frames and a rather elegant threading system.

The forums are situated at these two sites:

Can anyone identify the script used to build these forums and point me to where I could get the source code?

If you look at the bottom of the page, you'll see that it's vBulletin. If you don't want to pay for a BB, then I would suggest you take a look at phpBB

Er, actually I meant the forums at these sites:

not this actual forum we're writing in.

not sure what those forums are, but looked through them a little bit, and that is some crappy threading, no organization at all, i personally like phpBB the best, but vBulletin is pretty good as well
