I'm pretty new to PHP, and a friend has hired me to convert his ColdFusion web app to PHP. All is generally going well, but I'm running into a bit of trouble with my $_SESSION variables. They work great most of the time, but the site is set up mostly in two directories (let's call them home/ and home/support/).
The session stuff is set on home/application.php (included in all pages), and works as expected from all pages in home/. However, when I try to read the session vars from pages within home/support/, it doesn't work at all. It seems like the session is not available to that directory.
I've been unable to find anything related to this particular problem so far, so any assistance you can offer will be hugely appreciated.
