wondering if any one can point me in the direction of a script that will, allow me to update text on my site via a form located on a seperate page within my site

well that depends on how you wanna to it, are you gonna store the text in a file, in a database, xml, how?

once you know that, you don't really need a script, this is easy enough to do yourself, and there probably isn't a premade script to do exactly what you want
