Screen Capture?

Here's an odd question:

Is there a way to take a screen shot of my desktop on the fly / per request ?

I have apache, php and mySQL installed on my home system ( windows xp pro ) and I run a small intra net site off of it. What I would like to do is have a link on a page that will, when clicked, snap a picture ( screen capture ) of my desktop, and display it to whoever clicked the link.

I've given it some thought and i've concluded that I have no freakin' idea how to do this or even if it's possible.

I would appreciate any help/thoughts/ideas on this 🙂

It is porsible if you use exterm programs!

I would have a cmd program to take screenshoots in intervals of 30 sek, and place a full compressed jpg file in the htdocs, just replacing the old screenshot... Then you can use the HTML/PHP to show the screenshot on you homepage...

Think you could give an example on how this could be done?

I have Paint Shop Pro 6 installed; as well as Adobe Photoshop (version # escapes me atm) if it's possible to do this w/these progs..
