Password Protected Site Help

Hi I'm new to PHP. I've worked with ASP and now I need to use PHP or CFM for obvious reasons. Many companies don't want to use ASP and Windows for security reasons.

I needed urgent help with Password protected site in PHP. If anyone has good PHP writted password protected site, then please contact me and we will negotiate!!!

Here is the requirements:

2. User name and passwords
3. Server side user name and password validation.
4. Authentication attempts 5 times/close the site
5. Detailed Log files need to be accessible by the Administrator
   a. Log files should show time, duration and date of the access
   b. Files that was viewed and downloaded
   c. IP address of the access location
6. When user Accesses the site, it should notify them on the last time they accessed
7. User Session track
8. Logout process
9. No Back button after logout
