Method Post not supported by the URL

What causes this error? It's bugging me. I am using PHP, Apache and mySQl

There is a setting in HTTPD.CONF or .htaccess that is not allowing POST, probably in the directory you are posting to. If you are using an ISP, I would direct this question to them. Be sure to tell them what you are doing that is causing this error message to appear -- your question is very vague.
