urgent help - file upload with data

Is it possible to have the file upload in a form which also has other files like text and select fields.

yes of course... just access the file via $FILES and the other fields via $POST (check out the docu on file uploads to get more information on how to store the file permanently on your server etc.)

Hi Natty!

but there is lots of dataloss. The uploaded jpg file not proper in the server. The size is increased in double and not displaying at all. Can you give me the link to the document you are specified.
