PHP over Perl

I am deciding over two scripts and one is using PHP and the other Perl.

If the two scripts has the same features and cost, which do you recommend out of the two?
If there is a <i>small</i>(can be very small, any slight advantage) advantage of one on the other, please tell me.

Okay.
I think I'll go with the PHP script since I have more experience with php than Perl.

I have yet to find an internet solution where PERL is better then PHP and I was paid to program in PERL for six years.

If the script needs to be modified and you need help, this is a GREAT resource for PHP.
