Query help: Random Row / Limit question

How would one select only one random row from the last five rows of a table?

For example, suppose we have a table named lunch. It contains the following:
(column names: rowid / food)
1 / Ham Sandwich
2 / Soup
6 / Grilled Cheese
7 / Pizza
9 / Spaghetti
11 / Salad
14 / Cheeseburger

basically, I'd like the query to randomly select one of the last five rows (Grilled Cheese, Pizza, Spaghetti, Salad or Cheeseburger)

Any help on how to form this query would be greatly appreciated!
