Timezone locales for strftime() function

I need the timezone locales (TZ=America/Denver) for the strftime() function in php...Don't have it installed. Thanks

I'm using the below...but I'd like to change it to EST using New York City...which didn't work...I 'm looking for a list of American cities.
putenv("TZ=America/Denver");
echo strftime ("%a, %b %d at %I:%M%p %Z");
