[Resolved] what are these warnings?

i have php on my good ol desktop and i have no idea what these warnings mean

headers already sent means you have some kind of output somewhere before you call session_start

i have an ide what i't can be!! have you configure the session.save_path in php.in?

Are you using win or linux ?

Check the file permissions and session save paths... make sure they exist and are writable by PHP.

hmmm i may have an output before session_start(), but i think its an HTML output. does that still count?

i doubt i have configured anything in php.ini, nor the permissions
i just installed php and apache like yesterday and im just getting around to learning how to configure em.

i do have a folder 'tmp' in 'php,' and ive unchecked the Read-Only box. im still getting the same warnings.

This error appeared on my web page because the root server hard disk was full...i don't know if it's the same.

Anyway this is the error you have to resolve.
The other warnings are only a problem of the first warning error!

what is the value of session.save_path in php.ini? Does the path exist?

the output of "/tmp" leads me to think that it is not configured correctly. I would think it would show a dos-style path, not a *nix-style path...

[font=monospace]session.save_path[/font]

[font=monospace]session.save_path[/font] defines the argument which is passed to the save handler. If you choose the default files handler, this is the path where the files are created. Defaults to [font=monospace]/tmp[/font]. See also [font=monospace]session_save_path()[/font].

Note: Windows users have to change this variable in order to use PHP's session functions. Make sure to specify a valid path, e.g.: [font=monospace]c:/temp[/font].
