I need a little help with that one file again..

Whenever I try to upload a picture it just says 'file transfer failed, contact administrator.' and i'm not sure why it keeps doing that... If someone can please look at the code and see where it's messed up than i'de really appreciate it.

Well, some people say that lycos wont let you upload files but I have my own FTP that I use that is uploaded to my site and I can upload files off of that.. So why can't I upload them off of that page?

permissions, when you log in with ftp you probably have different permissions. You could back door this with the php ftp functions
