I still gets this message after 5minutes when I'm browsing my webpage, before those 5 minutes it works normal.

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10055)
Yesterday I had no problems with this.
Today I have changed the port of my apache server to 9000 because my isp blocked the low port numbers.
Is there something using my port 9000? and is this why it stops working, or is it maybe my isp that does this?
Hope somebody can help me with this?
