Hello again,
I have recently setup a new database for our membership in our organization of about 1700 people. The table has about 25 fields, etc... i have had people update their information online and so on and it is working great!
Here is my new issue: Our LARGER national association also does a database that is much more up-to-date than mine has been because it is required by them... SO, now they are sending me a copy of their database in an excel file and i would like to update my database with their info. Is there a way to merge the two in PHPmyadmin? There will be some new names and so on, will it automatically read those and assign them a new Primary Key ID as well? Or should i basically take the database, export it from my site, then work with them both in Excel?
Any thoughts here would be greatly appreciated!
