I need help coding a PHP script.
It is called Seraph Scripting Engine.
This scripting Engine is basically a Pre-Made base for a php script or php website but does not come with any features. All it is, is a skinning engine, admin panel, datastorage, High security, Optional Member system, and extra functions that could be useful in a script.
That is the project. I have currently finished the Alpha for the Skinning engine but I still need help. If you would like to help please E-mail me at "Snobord787 AT msn DOT com". Seraph Scripting engine will also be the first script of a company I am making. Seraph Services This company will Design, manage, and create websites for a price. Those who do join my dev team will also join the Staff of Seraph Services.(Which might pay in the future.)
Now for the problem.
How would you go about storing data in a flat file system. In which possible ways are there to store data by flat file. I have heard of XML but that is not availible on all server.
