Fake IP !!??

Hi guys,
I want to know whether it's possible to mask/fake my IP when I visit a site so that they can't track it.
Bcos, I'm sure someone did it to my site!!

There are loads of anonymous surf sites, that allow you to visit websites without leaving an IP address, and most of them block cookies and javascripts as well (as far as I know)
