How to put PHP online?

Ok I have downloaded PHP nuke 6.5 and got Zend. So how do I actualy put the PHP site online, do I like upload it ot FTP server or run it through somesort of program.

and one more thing can i ran PHP sites on the free hosting sites?

First of all, PHP nuke and all it's versions require a database and yes, you can run php sites as long as the hosting company supports PHP, and also check the version of it.

Note: MAKE SURE that the hosting company that you are about to upload to offers a MySQL database.
