echo $re_ip;

But I can not see remote IP ! please help me ! Thank.

hmm... maybe try $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] instead?

there isnt much information to work with.

if (getenv(HTTP_CLIENT_IP)){$ip=getenv(HTTP_CLIENT_IP);}
else {$ip=getenv(REMOTE_ADDR);}

If the user goes through a proxy script, your going to have troubles, and although not that well-coded, pretty bulletproof...

From the manual:

'HTTP_REFERER'
The address of the page (if any) which referred the user agent to the current page. This is set by the user agent. Not all user agents will set this, and some provide the ability to modify HTTP_REFERER as a feature. In short, it cannot really be trusted.
