I have one big problem. I used session variable on my program by declaring them using session_register(). My program won't function without them. Apparently, one of the pages needs to be on a secure site. Unfortunately, the the secure site is on a different domain. The values of the session variables I was using was gone after redirecting my page. I can't anymore use the session variable on that page (page that is on a different domain).

How can I use my old session variables? How can I pass them?

Do you want to use the session variablen from the "sender-server" on the "recipient-server"?

If it is it could never run because sessions a regarding on the web-server. The server (like apache) save these on the local disk.

Now I am not 100% sure on this but this solution makes sense to me...

You should be able to pass the variables via GET to the new domain your redirecting too.

Lets say you have variables declared in your session a,b,c

you should be able to redirect to the new domain in this fashion and then the other server (sercure site) would have access to them.

I've never actually done this but I'm currently working on a project that will require somehting to this extent, and this was how I was going to try and acheive it.

ihenman: Ive already tried it before. Yes you pass the variable but only as a variable and not a a session variable. The problem with me is that some of my session variable are arrays, and after passing it, the values becomes garbage.

Are there other ways? How about SID? Ive tried SID but I can't seem to make it work?

Well I've never had success with SID I've always passed it via GET, and it has worked. I'll take a look into it though.
