45min Download!

Hi all,
I need to create a script that sends data for a set period - 45mins!
At first I just thought of sending a huge file, but as the connection is over 100MB Eth, it will get rather messy.
I am now thinking if there is any way to create a script that will push data through the page but will somehow ensure it takes 45 mins!

Can anyone help? Let me know if further detail is needed.

You could write a timer and output something (such as all 1s) as a binary...

just a thought.

atleast attempt something yourself before asking for sample code...
