Frustrating Problems with PHP

Been trying to get a test script for sessions to work but I been hit the above 3 errors. It really driving me bonkers. I need help. Can someone help me? I really don't understand the 1st two errors.

the files do not exist in the directory you're trying to load them from

Look at lines 2 and 3 there will be an include statement on each. These statements are trying to include the files; db.inc.php and error.inc.php but cannot find them. Check that they are in the same directory.
