Yes I am another n00b asking about hosts.. All I need is a free host that has at least 5 mb space and PHP4+ and MySQL so i can write and test my aps.. I cant install php on my box .. well because its not my box and the owner doesnt want me to so i have to respect his wishes. They can have 5 banners on the top of each page and 3 popups for all i care.. i just need at least 5mb php4+ and MySQL... FTP would be a real big plus.. but i dont need it.
any help would be great.
