What Program Has the orange comments?

Which editor do all of you guys use that has the comments colored orange?

I don't know for sure if you're asking what you mean...are you referring to comments as posted in php code on this board?

It's actually a function within PHP, or, rather, 2 functions:

[man]show_source[/man]
[man]highlight_file[/man]

Dunno which one vBulletin uses, but IIRC, it doesn't make any difference anyway...could be wrong, though.

Take a look at this thread for editor opinions. A lot of them will let you customize colors....
