Hi there,
I have a client who's a SEO guru and I was posed this question in regards to a site he's working on.
They're currently working on their backward linking strategy and have come up with a way to boost themselves in google by using their own website. They actually have sevarl sites with several 100's if not 1000's of pages of content. All their pages are in an .HTML extension format so I don't see how they'll be able to achive what they want using PHP.
At the bottom of each of their pages they have 5 links which link back to their sites. What they want to be able to do is switch up the anchor text of the links pointing back to each of their sites dynamically. This way when the page loads insead of saying "Visit Our Internet Marketing Site" it will say something like "Visit Our Online Marketing Site" and rotate acording to the keywords they preset. I know this type of thing would be possible using asp, php, or javascript but the pages are .html and they want to keep them this way. I guess the main point is that they want the .html code in tact and they don't want this to load client side.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to help them acomplish this?
Best Regards,
Aleks
