Help! Variables passed through a frameset.

I am passing a formName variable to a php file containing a framset which is in turn passing it to each individual frame. For some reason the variable is correct in the querysting but being passed incorrectly to the child frames, it takes on an old value of the variable. Most likely this page is getting cached but I have tried everything and can't get it to work. This is driving me crazy!

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe try unseting the var before replacing it. Or try using a no-cache cache control
