Tracking the user/visitor visited pages

how can i track the pages visited by the visitor or user

any one plz suggest some urls

if they are logged in you can store their user_id and the name of the page in the database with a timestamp so you can recreate their journey about your site, otherwise use their ip address and do teh same thing
