Try posting in a more appropriate forum (General Help, say) which more people are likely to read frequently. This forum is for feedback about the PHPBuilder forums. That's why it's called "Feedback" and described as allowing you to "Speak directly with the PHP Builder Staff".
I do recommend you read the General bulletin board guidelines in the Newbies' Forum. You'll get a fair bit of advice there about how to ask your questions so that they have a better chance of getting a good response. There are also other FAQs in that and the other help forums that offer advice and links to more advice.
Right now, there's not a lot to say about your problem except repeat what the error message is saying. For one thing, no-one here except you has ever seen lines three or four of messages.php (or one or two for that matter, which are probably also relevant).
