Email/PM Error?!

My partner for our forum thats powered by PHP was in a terrible car accident Tues night...I'm trying to mass email the news to all the members, but I keep getting this error...What am I doing wrong? Please help ASAP...Thank you so much.

you probably have to provide some code near that line.

Liquid Fire is the host...the forum is PHP software.....

I went to the LF forum also and tried to make this post and got the same error...so maybe its them?
