Desperately need help enabling PHP on Windows 2000 Server

How can I enable PHP on my server? I gave up last year and now I am trying to get CGI script to work and I get a crazy error %1 not win32 app ... so now I cant use CGI and I am sure its my windows machine, so back to square 1 enabling PHP.. please help!

I am such a newbie forgive me if this is a duplicate question or I seem completely stupid. I am begining to think I am!!

The instructions for setting PHP for windows servers is quite straight forward. They're included with the binaries in the release.

PHP and cgi/perl are two different beasts. Does PHP work and your cgi scripts not work? Need a little more info I think.

Anyway, along with PHP, look into ActivePerl
