Want to create a php file in one page and redirect a user there when it's created.

Okey, never mind my last question...

How do I create a simple php file when some criterias fo that are made, redirect the user there, passing on one variable, keep the user there for say 5 seconds, and then redirect him to some other page, and delete the created php file??

hmm.. LoL.... stupid.. I guess I could just have one file and redirect all the users there with that vaiable, without creating and deleting a new one all the time...

Anyway, I need help..
