I dont know whether is it appropriate for me to ask this question here, if it is not appropraite i am really sorry about it.

I am wondering what sort of code do i need to add so that a search engine spider can easily reach my site?

just do a search on google for something like "meta tags" then u will find thousands of tutorials on it

A verry good start is to subscribe your site to dmoz directory, and after few weeks 🙂 or few months 🙁 your site will be listed in some search engine like google, yahoo (miabe, i'm not sure) ...

After this step you should start thinking on what text to insert in the title of the page (this is VERY important for search engines) and some other things.
