My pages are 'half-served'

I am not sure how to explain this..

I am running Php 4.3.2 on RedHat 8, apache 1.3, and mysql 4.

My pages are 'half-served' that is, sometime they serve to the client completely, other times, only the beginning portions are served to the web client.

I think it might be because the Php pages are not processing entirely. I am not sure. It seems like apache is sending the page results back to the web client prematurely. That is the best way I can explain it.

Is there a option to hold off the page until it entirely processes? I dunno, stumped on this one.

Yes, there are the output buffering functions (starting with [man]ob_start[/man]), but are you sure that's smart - wouldn't it be better to figure out what is wrong with the server (if indeed the server (or more likely its configuration) is the problem) and fix that than trying to fiddle with the symptoms?

Agreed, I'd rather fix the root of the problem but don't know what to look for. Not sure if it is Php or Apache as the cause. Leaning towards Apache.

probably a shortage of working memory , give it some more ram!
