Determining Browser Cipher Strength

Hi.
Just a quick question....
Is it possible to use PHP with a combination of whatever else u may need (javascript/vbscript or whatever) to determine the cipher strength of a visitors browser... (or even just determine if a visitors browser is capable of 128-bit encryption)

What I am wanting to try and achieve is something similar to the link below...

http://www.commbank.com.au/NetBank/Support/default.asp?b=BrowserTest.asp

Obviously this is done in ASP, but I was wondering if it is possible to do in PHP.

Well, the ASP way is
<%=request.servervariables("HTTPS_KEYSIZE")%>

Hmm, perplexing question ... interesting.

Here's a VBScript solution, I think ... 🙁

I was thinking(for IE at least), you could pull it out of the user agent. Though, that's probably not the most accurate way.
