php & mysql script

Good Day People

I am looking for a script that I can alter to fit my project needs.
My project needs are as follows,

mysqldatabase-
a database that consist of

farm types, animal types, manure production, manure constituents, water use etc

My goal is to have a web interface that display this information.

I would like to insert and retrieve data from this fields with farm type as as the primary key.

Any help or information on such a similar application will be greatly appreciated.

i can spend as much time modifying someone elses script as it will take to make my own, so simply do your own, youll understand 100% how it works and how to modify it in the future and it willl fit in with hte rest of the site providing u wrote that.
