Php & mysql database script

Hi All

I am looking for a php/mysql script.
I am looking for a script that I can use the following database that contains the following information:
farm types, animal types, manure production, manure constituents, water use, manure handling types, manure treatment technologies (anaerobic, aerobic, anoxic digesters, physical treatments – solid/liquid separation, etc, chemical treatments – flocculation/coagulation, disinfection, etc).
I would also like to Develop a user interface to display this info under farm type.
